Modify / Cancel Subscription

 

To modify or cancel a subscription, please contact our support team directly OR fill out the form located on this page.

 

To speak directly with our customer support team, you can do so at info@embraya.co from 9am - 5pm EST, Monday through Friday. One of our customer success agents will help you as soon as one is available. If you contact us outside of business hours, please leave a voicemail message or send us an email with your customer information, including name, subscription ID, and shipping address.

 

Please note, if you decide to contact us via email at info@embraya.co, it may take 1-2 business days to respond, as our agents may be limited as they work very hard to respond to everyone in a timely manner.

 

If you purchased your subscription directly through this website, you can also manage account information in our Account Portal.

 

Changing Shipping Method / Location

 

If you contact us to cancel or modify a subscription after a recurring subscription order has been processed by our warehouse, we are unable to stop the shipment and it will be delivered to the address on record. If there are any concerns regarding the delivery, please contact us directly at info@embraya.co for further assistance.
